How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, enter your research and shipping details at checkout, and select “Submit order request.” Submitting a request does not charge you. We review your request for research-use eligibility, then email an itemized invoice with payment instructions. Email is monitored Monday–Friday. Orders ship within 1–2 business days after review and cleared payment. The full flow is described in our Terms of Service.
